How on earth...

...did you manage to get a note in the bass line wrong!?!

Listening to it all the way through, you make numerous mistakes. If this is made in fruityloops studio, I was expecting at least the notes to be right...

Also, ridiculous sustain on the...harpsichord..? Make this rendition of Canon absolutely appalling.

I give you a 3/10 for effort making it.

Honestly,

the best voice I have heard on newgrounds.

I really think you could go into music as a profession.

The guitar was good as well, although there seems to be an off note at the end. You may want to work on recording quality as well, there is quite a bit of mic hiss (I will see if you remedy this in other recordings)

Criticism aside, this is a great song.

5/5 10/10

Honestly...

This is a really good song, but it is in the wrong section.
It is not punk.

Hope your band succeeds. =)

Really good!

Nice one! I really like the synth you're using, nice drum beat and good use of vocals.
Could you possibly pm me with links to the VSTi you used, would be appreciated.

5/5,10/10 (really well done =p)

Quite good really =)

It had me tapping my feet, and I liked the rhythm.
However the white noise used for beat gets quite irritating after a while, maybe bring down the volume a bit, or make it a bit more bassy.
I liked the melodic arpeggios but unfortunately they did get quite repetetive.
Overall it was good though, hope you continue with the 'music making racket' =p.

Inspiring.

This is very well written, and I appreciate the story behind it. It does sound a lot like game music/music for a film.

Overall the piece sounds very professional, the chimes in the background and the flute solo were enchanting. The drumbeat was well implemented and suited the style of the piece.

Congratulations on such a successful song, and I suggest you offer it to any professional game designer. 100' =)

Amazing (again)

I much prefered the lyrics in this to those in 'Sand Castles', I can't really explain why except to say that I find the lyrics in 'Sand Castles' overly nostalgic and slightly well...predictable.

Again this was very well mastered and the piano was impressive as always.

I read in your profile that you are not releasing any sort of CD. I can understand that, but have you ever considered iTunes or any other downloadable media? Many artists have managed to get off the ground that way and I really think you should get your music going commercially.

Good luck with your endeavours (I'm beginning to get bored of reviewing), 100'.

Stunning.

Firstly, your vocals were very impressive. This song really sounds professional, congratulations.

My only criticism (it is only very slight) is that the lyrics are slightly cheesy. I understand that they may well hold some deep meaning for you and I believe that music is not about the words so I can't really lower your score =p.

The solo was good, although some note transitions could have been a bit smoother. The backing strings and drums were perfect as per.

Congratulations again and I hope to hear more from you (I am currently listening through all of your submissions xD).

Very impressive.

I found this piece particularly inspiring. The piano in particular was very elegantly done and the strings were well implemented. The drums fitted the piece perfectly.

The only reason I am not giving it a 10 is that I think the guitar part at the end is a bit cliche and could have been done better. To elaborate, bits of the guitar seemed off beat (3:40). Also, the ending note seemed slightly off (only my opinion of course) and I think it should be cut off a note before.

Criticisms aside, I congratulate you on such a successful piece and hope you are not serious about it being your 'Final Piece'.

Good luck with music in the future, 100'
